Looks like the drama has hopefully come to an end between #GucciMane and his son’s mother. He reached an agreement to end the nasty legal battle and has agreed to pay Sheena Evans $10,000 a month in child support, @blast reports.
To give y’all a refresher, sis initially asked for $20,000 a month from Gucci given that he was living his best life and the payments on her end were not reflecting that.
The battle was wrapped up last week in court where a judge approved the settlement. In addition to those $10,000 monthly payments, the deal also requires that Gucci cover the costs for new transportation for Sheena and their son Keithon.
He’ll also have to make a six-figure payment in order to cover the back child support owed. The agreement also dictates that he’ll receive visitation while Sheena will continue to have primary custody.
Things got ugly between Gucci and his baby mother at one point. Sheena put Gucci on blast for failing to pay up and eventually sued him in 2018 for child support.
Sheena asked the judge to increase payments to $20,000 a month. She said there has been a “significant change in circumstances” since their last agreement.”
Sheena claimed that Gucci has the means to pay more because he flaunts his jewelry on social media and it was made public that he spent $1 million on his wedding with Keyshia Kaoir.
Sheena also initially asked for a $5 million life insurance policy and asked for $15,000 in attorney fees.
