<p>Harvard University isn’t playing around with its incoming class #Roommates! The elite university rescinded ten prospective students’ admissions offers after the school caught wind that they were sharing ‘offensive’ memes in a Facebook chat group.</p>
<p>“Some of the messages joked that abusing children was sexually arousing, while others had punchlines directed at specific ethnic or racial groups,” according to the Harvard Crimson.</p>
<p>The online group was originally created to share funny nice memes but a few members took it too far, and one of the incoming students reported it.</p>
<p>According to CNN, Harvard University officials took to the schools official 2021 Facebook page to remind students that you aren’t in Harvard yet. </p>
<p>“We are not responsible for any unofficial groups, chats, or content within. Harvard College reserves the right to withdraw an offer of admission under various conditions.&#8221;</p>
<p>One of those include &#8220;if an admitted student engages or has engaged in behavior that brings into question their honesty, maturity or moral character,&#8221; a university spokeswoman said.</p>
