Idris Elba has landed yet another role over at Netflix.
This time around he will star in and executive produce the streaming services new series Turn Up Charlie.
According to Deadline, Elba will play a struggling DJ and eternal bachelor, whos given a final chance at success when he reluctantly becomes a manny to his famous best friends problem-child daughter.
The half-hour series will have a total of eight episodes with Elba producing alongside Gary Reich and Tristram Shapeero.
Fun fact: aside from starring as some of our favorite characters, Idris Elba is actually a DJ in real life too!
