#JamieFoxx is being accused of slapping his manhood on a woman’s face in Las Vegas back in 2002.
The woman, who has not been named, told cops last week that she went to a party with a friend at Foxx’s home when he allegedly tried to get her to perform oral sex. The woman claims that when she refused, Foxx hit her in the face with “it.”
She’s just now getting the police involved, because she claims to have gained confidence to speak up after the #MeToo movement took off. However, Foxx is like, #NotMe! He says that the woman’s claims are “absurd” and he’s taking legal action against her!
Jamie’s attorney, Allison Hart of Lavely & Singer, tells @TMZ_Tv, “Jamie emphatically denies that this incident ever occurred, and he will be filing a report with the Las Vegas Police Department against the woman for filing a false police report against him. The first time [Jamie] became aware of this woman’s absurd claims about an incident that supposedly occurred 16 years ago was when TMZ contacted his representatives [Tuesday] about this story.”
She added, “The alleged incident was not reported to law enforcement in 2002, or at any other time in the last 16 years until last Friday because the incident never happened.”
The accuser also told TMZ that she wanted to come forward in case there were other people with similar experiences with Foxx…
