<p class="p1"><span class="s1">It </span>seems like everyone has suggested certain celebrities do a Verzuz battle, and now you can include Grammy award-winning singer/ actor <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/jamie-foxx-to-star-in-new-netflix-series-dad-stop-embarrassing-me-from-the-showrunner-of-martin/">Jamie Foxx</a> to the list. Jamie Foxx has joined the conversation about doing a Verzuz battle but declined the suggestion of going up against Will Smith.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Jamie suggested two heavy hitter actors aim against each other during the press run for his latest hit Netflix movie, Project Power. According to <a href="https://hiphopdx.com/news/id.57942/title.jamie-foxx-wont-take-on-will-smith-in-a-verzuz-but-he-names-his-perfect-actor-matchup">Hip HopDX</a>, Jamie opted for legendary actors Denzel Washington and Al Pacino to enter the ring. Jamie Foxx believes this would be the greatest battle ever because Denzel Washington and Al Pacino are the best actors of all time.</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Jamie said, “First of all, Denzel, anything he embodies, you cannot say that that person doesn’t exist somewhere. At the same time, Al Pacino, the reason he’s so important because he has played so many different ethnicities at the top. If you look at it, he played Italian. He<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>played Puerto Rican, and he played Jewish, Cuban.”</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Jamie continued, &#8220;If you watch Training Day and then Scarface, to me, that’s the Verzuz that I would like to see. I think I got to get my weight up. Somebody said, ‘You all do versus of music.’ I said, ‘Heck, I ain’t got no… I need some classics.’ I can’t be out there… Come on now, I need some classics, yo.”</span></p>
