<p>Roommates, now y&#8217;all know <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/jamie-foxx-says-he-wouldnt-do-a-verzuz-style-acting-battle-against-will-smith-wants-denzel-washington-al-pacino-to-battle-it-out/">Jamie Foxx</a> can play the mess out of any role he&#8217;s in, and it looks like he&#8217;ll be taking on the role of playing one of the most legendary boxers in the world next! Jamie is reportedly set to star in a biopic television series based on the life of Mike Tyson.</p>
<p>According to the Hollywood Reporter, the limited series, which was originally pitched as a film, will follow the life of Mike Tyson, and will be executive produced by the boxing legend himself, alongside #AntoineFuqua and #MartinScorsese.</p>
<p>&#8220;<em>I have been looking to tell my story for quite some time</em>,&#8221; Tyson said in a statement. &#8220;<em>With the recent launch of Legends Only League and the excitement from fans following my return too the ring, now feels like the perfect moment. I look forward to collaborating with Martin, Antoine, Jamie and the entire creative team to bring audiences a series that not only captures my professional and personal journey but also inspires and entertains</em>.&#8221;</p>
<p>Jamie Foxx has played in his fair share of o biopics films, but Mike Tyson is also accomplished on the entertainment front. Back in 2009, he played himself in <em>Hangover </em>and brought his one-man show to broadway. He has also dabbled in a few animated series&#8217;, including Adult Swim&#8217;s <em>Mike Tyson Mysteries.</em></p>
