<p data-pm-slice="1 1 []">#Roommates, fans are still in shock and showing support for Britney Spears following her recent conservatorship hearing where she detailed shocking allegations about her father <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/britney-spears-alleges-her-father-has-been-drugging-her-forcing-her-to-be-on-birth-control-in-recent-conservatorship-hearing/">Jamie Spears</a>—and now he is firing back at her claims. After Britney Spears alleged the heartbreaking treatment she has received due to her father being her conservator, Jamie Spears now says that he hasn’t been over her conservatorship in years.</p>
<p>@TMZ_TV reports, Britney Spears’ father Jamie Spears has just <a class="ProsemirrorEditor-link" href="https://www.tmz.com/2021/06/30/britney-spears-jamie-conservatorship-life-miserable/">filed court documents</a> stating that he has not been involved in Britney conservatorship for over two years. He says that all of Britney’s recent allegations during her court hearing earlier this month should be directed to Jodi Montgomery, who he says is the current conservator. Jamie explains that when Britney previously filed to appoint Montgomery as her personal conservator, that’s when all of the horrific incidents she detailed in court started to happen. He also added that he hasn’t even spoken to Britney because “he has been cut off from communicating with her.”</p>
<p>According to the court documents he filed, Jamie Spears says, “Ms. Montgomery has been fully in charge of Ms. Spears&#8217; day-to-day personal care and medical treatment, and Ms. Montgomery has made all decisions related to those matters.” Additionally, his attorney also released a statement on his behalf.</p>
<p>The statement read:</p>
<p><em>“Mr. Spears believes it is important for the integrity of the conservatorship proceedings and in the best interests of Ms. Spears for the Court to order an investigation into the issues and claims raised by [Britney] at the June 23, 2021 status hearing. Either the allegations will be shown to be true, in which case corrective action must be taken, or they will be shown to be false, in which case the conservatorship can continue its course. It is not acceptable for Conservators or the Court to do nothing in response to Ms. Spears&#8217; testimony.”</em></p>
<p>Meanwhile, Jamie Spears added a final claim, saying that it was actually Britney Spears’ personal attorney, Sam Ingham, who has been continuously attempting to take away her rights to make medical decisions.</p>
