Janet Jacksons 2020 is already off to a very special start. The iconic superstar recently took to Instagram to share some heartfelt words about her son Eissas 3rd birthdaywhich clearly made her emotional.
Three years ago, Janet Jackson shocked the world when she gave birth to her first child, son Eissa, at the age of 50. Now, her adorable little boy is her pride and joy, so she decided to share a sweet message with her fans on social media to let them know how much her baby boy means to her.
Janet posted this on Instagram:
3 yrs ago today God blessed me, at the age of 50, with the greatest gift of all. My baby! Happy Bday sweetheart. Mama loves you more than anything else in this world!
Janet previously explained how patient she is as a mother, Ive always been a patient person, but theres more patience that you have to have [in motherhood] and I never knew I was as patient as I really am. Hes first and foremost in my life. I get up, I go to sleep everything is about him. He comes first in my life.
It also seems that baby Eissa may have inherited his legendary familys musical genes, according to Janet he is already showing signs of being a future performer:
He makes up melodies, he carries a tune, he has really good pitch. [He] does this thing that my brother [Michael] did from [They Dont] Care About Us, the march and the hand. He does a few things. He does the head [movement]. He loves Smooth Criminal and the Oooo, but if her son doesnt want to go into music himself, thats more than okay with her: Its really about what he wants to do with his life.
Janet shares custody of Eissa with her soon-to-be ex-husband Wissam Al Mana, the couple officially separated back in 2017.
