It’s that time of year again when Forbes releases their annual list of the highest paid acts in hip-hop. Some of the industries heavyweights have been maintaining their status as they rack in millions from touring, record sales, streaming, publishing, merchandise sales, endorsements, and other business ventures.

Topping this year’s list is none other than Jay-Z with a total of $76.5 million. He hit the road for his last solo album “4:44” and later hit the road with his wife Beyoncé for their “On The Run II” Tour. While on tour, the couple released their joint album “Everything Is Love.”

Diddy is taking over the number two spot with a total of $64 million. We all know that he has his hands in almost everything, including the beverage industry with Ciroc Vodka, DeLeon Tequila, and Aquahydrate Alkaline Water.

Kendrick Lamar closes out the top three spot with $58 million. Throughout the past year, he has embarked on his own solo tour, and also headlined the TDE: The Championship Tour. He also has brand deals with companies such as American Express and Nike.

Other artists to make the list include Drake ($47 million), Dr. Dre ($35 million) and DJ Khaled ($27 million).
