<p>Almost four months after news of their divorce became public, <strong>Jeannie Mai</strong> is accusing rapper <strong>Jeezy</strong> of being unfaithful to her during their marriage. Additionally, Mai&#8217;s allegations may cause Jeezy to pay up.</p>

<p>According to legal documents obtained by <a href="https://www.tmz.com/2023/12/01/jeannie-mai-jeezy-divorce-cheating-prenup/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">TMZ</a>, Mai has reportedly responded to Jeezy&#8217;s September 14 divorce filing. A statement in the response filing, allegedly written by Mai&#8217;s lawyer, asserts that she is &#8220;amending&#8221; the claim to &#8220;add other grounds for divorce.&#8221;</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;Wife reserves the right to amend this counterclaim to add other grounds for divorce, but which Wife does not wish to specify herein at this time in the hope this matter can be resolved without having to disclose such conduct publicly.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>As <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/jeannie-mai-jenkins-breaks-silence-first-time-jeezy-filed-divorce/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Shade Room</a> previously reported, Jeezy disclosed in his initial divorce filing that he and Mai&#8217;s split was &#8220;was irretrievably broken&#8230; [with] no hope for reconciliation.&#8221;</p>

<p>The outlet alleges that Mai&#8217;s responding documents accuse Jeezy of being unfaithful during their marriage. Additionally, the filing asserts that the rapper should face a &#8220;significant financial penalty&#8221; due to his and Mai&#8217;s prenuptial agreement.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;Wife further shows that the Court should enforce Paragraph 8 of the Prenuptial Agreement regarding infidelity which provides, in pertinent part, that in the event that either party engages in sexual relations, an emotional relationship, or is emotionally or sexually suggestive in communication with a third party via all forms of electronic communications, including but not limited to texting, sexting, Facetiming, social media and/or Direct Messages, shall result in a significant financial penalty upon the adulterous party &#8230;&#8221; the document reads, per <a href="https://www.tmz.com/2023/12/01/jeannie-mai-jeezy-divorce-cheating-prenup/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">TMZ</a>.</p></blockquote>
<p>Mai&#8217;s November 30 filing reportedly does not disclose whom Jeezy allegedly had an extramarital relationship with.</p>

<p>Initially, Mai remained silent on the matter. However, on October 11, the 44-year-old took to Instagram to break her silence. The television host posted a photo of a lined notebook with the words, <strong>&#8220;Sometimes, you need to take a break and disconnect, to heal.&#8221;</strong></p>
