#Roommates, 2019 gave us the debut of rapper Jeezy and “The Real” co-host Jeannie Mai as an official couple—and fans simply can’t get enough. From Jeannie gushing about Jeezy on her talk show to the cute videos and photos on social media, these two definitely don’t seem to be slowing down anytime soon.
After recently spending their first Thanksgiving together, Jeezy and Jeannie Mai continue to share their love with their fans all throughout social media. The latest bit of couple cuteness shows the pair having a bit of fun courtesy of a car sing-a-long. In the video posted to Instagram, Jeezy is driving with Jeannie in the passenger seat, as the two ride with the top down while singing along to Tevin Campbell’s 1994 R&B hit, “Can We Talk.”
Many fans commented that they were surprised to see Jeezy being so fun and carefree, since they’re used to seeing him much more hardcore. His new demeanor is obviously how someone acts when they are totally in love. As for Jeannie, well she is completely open about her feelings for Jeezy—and recently admitted that despite previously saying she didn’t want them, is now considering having children.
With Christmas only a few weeks away, it will be interesting to see how the couple spends the holidays, although let’s hope Jeannie’s Mom doesn’t embarrass her like she did recently. Jeannie stated on “The Real” that she was mortified when her Mom called her out right in front of Jeezy.
She said this about her Mom calling out their PDA:
“In front of my family Mama Mai is going to be the first to call it out. Sometimes he will give me a look, you know, just a look across the table, just something meant for [us]. But my mom is the biggest killjoy. She is the one, ‘I see you two want to have the sex right now!’ She said that when he was over for dinner, and I was like, ‘Shut up!’”
Welp, parents definitely know how to spoil the mood.
