<p>On Thursday (Oct. 19), Jeezy broke his silence on his situation with Jeannie Mai, with whom he shares a daughter named <strong>Monaco</strong>.</p>
<p>The statement was shared with various outlets and further circulated by Hip Hop journalists like <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/CylpwIXxYsP/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>Elliott Wilson</strong></a>. Jeezy started off by declaring, <strong><em>&#8220;The decision to end this chapter in my life was not made impulsively.&#8221;</em></strong></p>
<p>He also acknowledged that, despite their split, he still has &#8220;love and respect for Jeannie.&#8221;</p>

That very same day, the &#8220;Leave You Alone&#8221; rapper notoriously hopped on Instagram to share a post captioned, <strong><em>&#8220;Too focused on who I&#8217;m becoming to focus on who&#8217;s not coming with me.&#8221;</em></strong> Oop!</p>
