<p><strong>Jennifer Lopez</strong> is no longer a Bel-Air homeowner &#8212; that we know of! The singer-actress recently <a href="https://www.wsj.com/real-estate/luxury-homes/mystery-buyer-pays-about-34-million-for-jennifer-lopezsbel-air-home-9ea41df6?ns=prod/accounts-wsj" target="_blank" rel="noopener">sold her property</a> for nearly $34 million, per <em>The Wall Street Journal</em>.</p>
<p>She&#8217;s reportedly walking away with about $6 million in profit after purchasing the mansion for $28 million in 2016.</p>
<p>The identity of the <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/nick-cannon-buys-home-for-pregnant-abby-de-la-rosa-and-their-twins-zion-and-zillion/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">new owners</a> remains undisclosed, but WSJ spoke to their rep, Lea Porter of Beverly Hills Estates. Porter revealed that the new owners are from out-of-state but &#8220;fell in love with the land.&#8221;</p>

<p>And land is something the property definitely isn&#8217;t lacking. Besides the 14,000 square-foot home on it, the 8-acre land also features a private lake and sandy beach.</p>
<p>Inside the gated home is just as dreamy. The house features nine bedrooms and 13 bathrooms, <a href="https://www.tmz.com/2023/02/01/jennifer-lopez-selling-home-ben-affleck-bel-air-jlo/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">per TMZ</a>. It has a French Country aesthetic throughout, with natural materials like white brick and wood-paneled ceilings.</p>
<p>Fit for an entertainer, Jennifer previously enjoyed multiple spaces to unwind. Inside the home, the list includes a home theater, multiple fireplaces, a gym, and a library. On the outside, Jenny was far from the block with spaces like an infinity-edge pool, putting green, and an outdoor amphitheater with 100 seats. Guests also have the luxury of a separate cottage.</p>
<p>The new owners walked away with an estimated $8 million-dollar discount. When Jennifer first listed the Bel-Air property, the asking price was $42.5 million.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s unclear why Lopez dropped the price tag, but WSJ reports that the Los Angeles luxury home <a href="https://www.wsj.com/articles/los-angeles-mansion-tax-real-estate-market-3922cf8?mod=article_inline" target="_blank" rel="noopener">market has slowed</a> as of 2022, citing &#8220;the economy and city&#8217;s mansion tax.&#8221;</p>
<p>As for where Jennifer is now kicking it, reports say she and her husband, Ben Affleck, are now living in Beverly Hills <a href="https://www.tmz.com/2023/05/31/jennifer-lopez-ben-affleck-buy-home-house-estate/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">after purchasing</a> an almost $61 million property earlier this year.</p>
<p>And the upgrade is REAL. Their new double-gated home reportedly has 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, a hair and nail salon inside a spa, wine and whiskey rooms, and a 5,000-square-foot sports facility with a boxing ring and sports lounge inside.</p>
