Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Teresa Guidice’s husband Joe Giudice will reportedly be deported to Italy at the end of his prison sentence.
Both Joe and Teresa plead guilty to 41 counts of fraud back in 2014 and if you remember, Teresa already served her 11-month sentence at FCI Danbury in 2015, and Joe has about four to five months left of his 41-month prison sentence.
Immigration Judge John Ellington reportedly ordered Joe’s deportation Page Six reports. If Joe has any chance of staying in the U.S., his lawyers would have to file an appeal in the next 30 days.
Joe is set to be released from FCI Allenwood in Pennsylvania on March 14, 2019.
