Imagine if Joe Biden was in this presidential race, it would be crazy to see him battle it out against Hillary Clinton and go toe to toe with Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump.
According to CNN, Biden said in a recent interview, “I think I would have been the best president, but it was the right thing not just for my family but for me,” not to run, Biden said on ABC’s “Good Morning America.
Joe Biden went into detail about why he didn’t run, and apparently he had planned on running for president but things changed after he lost his son, Beau.
“No one should ever seek the presidency unless they’re able to devote their whole heart and soul and passion into just doing that. And Beau was my soul,” Biden said.
Even though Biden isn’t running he has his hopes set on Hillary Clinton to take President Obama’s spot.
