<p>Yesterday many of us mourned and expressed our anger and frustration as we witnessed the murder of Alton Sterling on camera.</p>
<p>One day following his death, we all watched a video from the girlfriend of Philando Castile as police killed him in their vehicle right in front of their little girl. Now more than ever we are realizing there needs to be a change in our communities and we need to stand up and fight against the police killings that repeatedly continue to occur.</p>
<p>Many celebrities have taken to social media to express their disappointment and outrage due to these senseless killings committed by police enforcement.</p>
<p>John Legend tweeted, “We should not have to jump through hoops to prove black people shouldn&#8217;t be shot by police during routine traffic stops. We have f*cking video proof and some of you still are all &#8220;well, uh, he shouldn&#8217;t have moved his left leg so provocatively”. So many people work so hard to find a reason why executing a human being during a routine traffic stop is ok. IT&#8217;S NOT OK.”</p>
<p>Other celebrities that made their voices heard during this tragedy include Gabrielle Union, Solange Knowles, Wiz Khalifa, Chris Brown and Desiigner .</p>
