<p>#Roommates, it seems #SpikeLee and #JordanPeele are joining forces on a new movie titled ‘Black Klansman,’ a crime thriller based on a true story about a black detective who infiltrated the KKK.</p>
<p>Rolling Stone has confirmed John David Washington (son of Denzel Washington) is currently in talks to play the role of Ron Stallworth, a Colorado detective who managed to become head of his local KKK chapter by pretending to be a white supremacist via phone and written correspondence. Interestingly enough, even though Stallworth was black, when his presence was needed he recruited a white officer to take his place.</p>
<p>Through Stallworth’s detective work he was able to sabotage cross burnings and other KKK activities. This movie will be the first collaboration between Spike and Jordan.</p>
