<p>On the heels of <strong>Will Smith</strong> marking his 55th trip &#8217;round the sun, it sounds like the <em>Men in Black </em>actor may be getting back into his musical bag!</p>

<p>On Monday (Sept. 25), <strong>Joyner Lucas</strong> shared an <a href="https://www.instagram.com/reel/CxoTMp1Pnui/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&;igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Instagram upload</a> to wish Will Smith a happy birthday.</p>
<p>Starting out by calling Will his &#8220;hero,&#8221; Joyner reflected on how he &#8220;idolized&#8221; the star while growing up. He then spoke on how he eventually got to create a record highlighting his &#8220;admiration and respect&#8221; for Will Smith, which is aptly titled <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KlJd_bI7DVo" target="_blank" rel="noopener">&#8220;Will.&#8221;</a></p>
<p>However, Joyner Lucas then suggested that they have an upcoming project together, as he says that Will Smith approached him to &#8220;create a whole album.&#8221;</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;Dear hero. I never thought I’d ever meet you. Still trips me out that I grew up idolizing you, to then me making a record about my admiration and respect for you, to then you asking me to create a whole album with you.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>Joyner Lucas wrapped up his message by stating,<strong><em> &#8220;Love you til the end of time my dear brother.&#8221; </em></strong>He was also sure to include a video of him and Will collaborating while on their studio grind.</p>

<p>While his filmography and personal life have typically taken center stage lately, <em>real </em>Will Smith fans will know that, ahead of his on-screen fame and high-profile roles, the Philadelphia native got his start as one-half of <strong>DJ Jazzy Jeff &; the Fresh Prince</strong>.</p>
<p>With beloved bops like &#8220;Summertime&#8221; and &#8220;Parents Just Don&#8217;t Understand,&#8221; Will Smith was in his rap bag, which continued into the late-1990s and mid-2000s with his solo albums.</p>
<p>While his last full-length project arrived in 2005, Will Smith hasn&#8217;t been completely out of the game — evidenced by collaborative singles with <strong>Nicky Jam </strong>and <strong>Logic</strong> in recent years.</p>

<p>As for <a href="https://www.instagram.com/ilariasacchini95/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">@ilariasacchini95</a>, she urged Lucas to &#8220;tell Big Willy to go back to making music.&#8221;</p>
