<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">JR Smith is letting people know he’s not the one or the two. In anticipation of a video he knew would come to light, JR took to social media to explain what went down between him and an alleged protester on Saturday.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">JR explained that the man he was seen fighting in a video obtained by TMZ broke a window on his vehicle in a residential area, outside of where the organized protests were taking place.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“I chased him down and whooped his a**,” JR exclaimed. “So if the footage come out and y’all see it, I chased him down and whooped his a**, he broke my window.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">JR said this was no hate crime and he has no problem with anyone and he just wanted to clear the air before people saw the video. You can watch JR talk about it and a clip of this scuffle below:</span></p>

<p>There hasn&#8217;t been any word of criminal charges against JR related to the matter and the alleged protestor who reportedly vandalized JR&#8217;s vehicle has not been identified. We&#8217;ll keep you posted on any updates.</p>
