The Game has never been one to back down from a battle, but it looks like he’s being forced to put an end to his feud with 40 Glocc. In light of his recent drama with Stiches, some of us have forgot about his violent run in with 40 Glocc back in 2012. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Susan Bruguera, has ordered The Game to pay $3,000 to 40 in hopes that there will be peace from here on out.
In the incident that led to this ruling, The Game along with about 10 other men, allegedly chased 40 outside a Hollywood Hills house party, before pulling a gun on him and beating him senseless. 40 Glocc testified that he feared for his life as Game pointed a gun at his forehead and claimed that he suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder.
The judge however was not buying 40 Glocc’s testimony as he seemed evasive and looked to his attorney often for answers. This, along with 40 Glocc’s gang related past, had a huge impact on the settlement amount. Game will have to come out of pocket and pay 40 $3,000, which is nothing compared to what he could’ve been ordered to pay for a battery charge. 40 told the judge that Game has since contacted him with threats, however there has not been any reported incidents between the two, so hopefully things stay peaceful.
