#TeairraMari has hit an unfortunate block in her revenge porn case. The #LHHH star filed for a restraining order against #50Cent, but @TMZ_Tv has learned that the motion was denied.
Teairra’s whole purpose of filing for the restraining was so that she could stop 50 from sharing a photo from her sex tape with his millions of social media followers. However, according to Lisa Bloom, the judge denied the restraining order “because she was not convinced that the photo 50 Cent posted, with ejaculate on our client’s face, showed her ‘engaging’ in a sexual act.” ????
In addition to this, Bloom tells TMZ that the judge didn’t believe 50 Cent not Akbar would repost the photo again. She responded to the judge by saying, “Common sense dictates that photo of a woman with ejaculate on her face clearly depicts a sex act, and is the kind of humiliation the revenge porn law was designed to ban.”
Akbar is still scheduled to appear in court later this month.
