<p>Kesha didn&#8217;t get the answer she was looking for today when she lost her preliminary injunction motion at a Manhattan court. ;</p>
<p>Kesha was hoping to get out of her recording contract with Sony and music producer Dr. Luke, claiming she was raped and called a &#8220;fat f&#8211;king refrigerator.&#8221; ;</p>
<p>The pop star broke down in tears as she was told she would have to continue her business relationship with both parties. The 28-year-old, whose real name is Kesha Sebert, says Dr. Luke drugged her with with a &#8220;sober pill&#8221; and raped her after her 18th birthday. ;</p>
<p>Contractually Kesha is required to put out six more albums with Sony. Fans have been rallying for singer with &#8220;Free Kesha Now!&#8221; signs outside of the courthouse. ;</p>
<p>So far she&#8217;s gotten over 119,000 supporters online petitioning to Sony Music President Doug Morris to allow her to be free from working with Dr.Luke. ;<br />
