<p data-pm-slice="0 0 []">Amanda, please! According to multiple reports, actress <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/amanda-bynes-receives-support-from-her-parents-after-she-files-to-end-her-conservatorship/">Amanda Bynes</a> is a free woman! Judge Roger L. Lund ruled today that her conservatorship, overseeing her personal and professional affairs for nearly nine years, is officially over. Court documents stated, &#8220;The court determines that the conservatorship is no longer required and that grounds for establishment of a conservatorship of the person no longer exist.&#8221;</p>
<p>Although she didn&#8217;t attend the brief hearing, Judge Lund congratulated Ms. Bynes and wished her good luck. He also stated, &#8220;The conservatorship is no longer needed or required. She has done everything the court has asked.&#8221; Amanda has broken her silence and spoken on her victory following the ruling.</p>
<p>Amanda expressed her gratitude in a statement to <a href="https://people.com/movies/amanda-bynes-speaks-out-conservatorship-terminated-continue-prioritize-well-being/">People</a> via her lawyer, David A. Esquibias. &#8220;Following today&#8217;s decision by the judge to terminate my conservatorship, I would like to thank my fans for their love and well wishes during this time. I would also like to thank my lawyer and my parents for their support over the last nine years.&#8221;</p>

<p>As we previously reported, Amanda&#8217;s parents supported her to end the conservatorship. Reports show her mother Lynn was granted temporary conservatorship over Amanda in August 2013 following a series of concerning behavior. In addition, Lynn gained full conservatorship of her daughter in October 2014. Congrats to Amanda on gaining her independence back!</p>
