<p>With the <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/jurors-hear-kelsey-harris-80-minute-long-september-interview-with-prosecutors-where-she-idd-tory-lanez-at-shooter/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Megan Thee Stallion assault trial</a> entering its second week, we have yet another twist, as a juror was reportedly spotted alongside Tory Lanez and his team in a courthouse elevator.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: center;">Despite The Close Proximity, They Didn&#8217;t Discuss The Case</h3>
<p>According to <em>Los Angeles Times</em> reporter <a href="https://twitter.com/JamesQueallyLAT" target="_blank" rel="noopener">James Queally</a>, the judge vaguely acknowledged that an &#8220;incident&#8221; had occurred with a juror. Queally went on to share that, while the specifics were unclear, he himself had seen the juror in question ride in an elevator with Tory Lanez, as well as his security and PR team.</p>
<p>However, the journalist was sure to note that he &#8220;did not see them talking or hear any discussion of the case.&#8221;</p>

<h3 style="text-align: center;">The Judge Called The Same Juror Into Chambers To Discuss &#8216;An Issue&#8217;</h3>
<p><a href="https://twitter.com/meghanncuniff" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Meghann Cuniff</a>, a journalist with <em>Law &; Crime</em>, confirmed that there was indeed a &#8220;juror issue,&#8221; though details were scarce. However, Cuniff noted that a juror was &#8220;asked to stay behind&#8221; and later called into chambers to discuss the situation &#8220;in private.&#8221;</p>
<p>She also described the juror as a &#8220;lighter skinned Black woman with braided hair&#8221; who had previously donned &#8220;pink cheetah print pants&#8221; to the courthouse. Additionally, it was noted that the juror in question admitted to being &#8220;familiar with at least one party in the case.&#8221;</p>

<h3 style="text-align: center;">Tory&#8217;s Attorney Went IN On An Investigator Over Kelsey Nicole&#8217;s Diss Track</h3>
<p>Aside from the situation between Tory and the juror, another noteworthy development involved Kelsey Nicole&#8217;s diss track, &#8220;Bussin Back.&#8221;</p>
<p>According to Meghann Cuniff, a back-and-forth broke out between Tory&#8217;s attorney—George Mgdesyan—and an investigator during cross examination. Specifically, they were discussing Kelsey&#8217;s diss track, and the examination &#8220;seemed to devolve and also took a bit of a crass turn&#8221; after Mgdesyan asked the investigator about explicit lyrics involving fellatio.</p>
<p>Mgdesyan&#8217;s &#8220;aggressive tone&#8221; and approach escalated to the point that Judge Herriford called a sidebar.</p>
<p>So, it sounds like things got a little heated in the courtroom!</p>
