Lately Kanye West has been all about the peace. . .well up until today. But prior to his latest Twitter rant between him and Wiz Khalifa, it looks like he’s the one who helped Tyga and Drake settle their long stemming beef.
In a recent interview with Real 92.3 Tyga talked about him and Drake settling their beef while promoting his latest mixtape. He said Kanye played mediator in the situation and sat them down in a room at his fashion show and the two chopped it up and finally squashed their beef.
He said, I didnt even know Drake was there and then we seen each other and we gave each other a hug and we just chopped it up on some real stuff.
If you guys can recall back in 2014 Tyga revealed in Vibe that he and Drake didn’t have the greatest relationship. That eventually led to a lot of back and forth on social media, and even a diss on Drake’s “6PM in New York” track.
Tyga also said, “It aint no tension. We cool. We on good terms, I think thats the main thing, when you got history with somebody and then you stop communicating with a person, it can go any way.”
Tyga also referred to Ye’ as the “Farrakhan of Rap” and said, “He aint tryna put artists against other artists. Hell do a song with Drake, hell do a song with like whoever. He want everybody to work together. So thats why I feel like hes the leader of his generation.” Do you guys think he’ll do a song with Wiz after today?
Glad to see Tyga and Drake hash it out after some time. The YMCMB team is definitely coming back together for sure.
Now as for Kanye, who’s going to be the one to work out his beef with Wiz?
