<p><a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/?s=Kanye+west&;post_type=post" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>Kanye West</strong></a>&#8216;s former business manager says the rapper is &#8220;missing&#8221; after failing to locate him over the last few weeks to serve him legal documents.</p>
<p><strong>Thomas St. John</strong> &#8211; Ye&#8217;s senior financial advisor for 18 months &#8211; is attempting to sue him over lack of payment.</p>
<p>St. John filed court papers on Dec. 29 requesting more time to serve the lawsuit paperwork to West due to his apparent disappearance, according to the <a href="https://www.the-sun.com/entertainment/7006944/kanye-west-business-manager-missing-lawsuit-kardashian/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>U.S. Sun</strong></a>.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: center;">Former Business Manager Seeking $4.5 Million Over Lack Of Payment, But Can&#8217;t Find Kanye To Serve Him</h3>
<p>The suit, which names Ye and Yeezy LLC. as defendants on court documents, is seeking $4.5 million.</p>
<p>To make matters worse, St. John and his team have reportedly not been able to reach any legal representatives for West. As it turns out, the &#8220;new law firm&#8221; St. John identified as West&#8217;s &#8220;new counsel was not affiliated with&#8221; him at all, the outlet reports.</p>

<blockquote><p>The court filing stated: “We were advised about a new law firm for defendants, but not a specific point of contact. We subsequently learned of information in the news that the law firm identified as new counsel was not affiliated with the defendants.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>St. John stated he&#8217;s had &#8220;difficulty confirming the best current address&#8221; for the mercurial rapper and entrepreneur as well.</p>
<blockquote><p>“Accordingly, we have not been able to serve defendants through their counsel. As a general matter, we have had difficulty confirming the best current address of Kanye West.”</p></blockquote>
<p>As of today, a case management conference had been scheduled for April 2023, the outlet reports.</p>

<p>West has had a rough past couple of months, much of it his own doing. Earlier this year, he was dropped from his contracts with Balenciaga and Adidas due to &#8220;hateful and dangerous&#8221; comments about Jews, <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/kanye-west-loses-billionaire-status-after-adidas-terminates-deal-gap-balenciaga-similarly-end-partnerships-amidst-recent-controversies/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>The Shade Room</strong></a> reported.</p>
<p>Earlier this month, West doubled down on the anti-Semitism, telling Alex Jones&#8217; that he &#8220;likes Hitler&#8221; on the latter&#8217;s <em>Infowars</em> web show.</p>
