<p>Although Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are still in the process of dissolving their marriage, it looks like they still may not be too far away from each other. It&#8217;s reported, that Kanye has purchased the home right across the street from Kim as they continue to co-parent their four children.</p>
<p>According to <em><a href="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-10347063/Kanye-West-buys-4-5-million-house-street-estranged-wife-Kim-Kardashian-LA.html">Daily Mail</a></em>, Ye reportedly closed on a 3,651 square-foot, 5-bedroom home across the street from Kim for a total of $4.5 million. He purchased the home for $421,000 more than the listed price. The purchase of the home comes two months after he listed his $3.7 million, 4,200 square-foot bachelor pad.</p>
<p>As <em><a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/kim-kardashian-reportedly-secures-60-million-hidden-hills-home-in-divorce-proceedings-with-kanye-west/">previously</a></em> reported, Kim is now the only owner of the Hidden Hills home they purchased back in 2014 for $20 million. Back in October, it was reported that Kim secured the home in their divorce proceedings. Kanye signed over his rights to the home, and Kim reportedly gave him $20 million for his rights. The rights were officially transferred on September 28th.</p>
<p>Kanye&#8217;s latest purchase comes after Kim filed legal documents asking a judge to declare her <em><a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/kim-kardashian-reportedly-files-to-become-legally-single-in-divorce-from-kanye-west/">legally single</a></em>. She has made it clear that the actual marriage between her and Kanye is over, however, parts of their divorce are still being figured out, including what they will do with their properties.</p>
<p>Ye has been adamant that he wants his wife back and to rebuild their family. However, Kim followed up with another filing stating that she doesn&#8217;t want to reconcile with Kanye. She stated in her documents, &#8220;I have been attempting to settle our dissolution with [Kanye] since I filed for divorce in February 2021. I have requested several times that [Kanye] agree to bifurcation and terminate our marital status. [He] has not responded to my request.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;[Kanye] and I both deserve the opportunity to build new lives. Therefore, I am asking that my request to bifurcate and terminate our marital status be granted,&#8221; she added.</p>
