<p>Paparazzi spotted the 45-year-old and the mystery blonde as they shared a meal at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills. According to TMZ, the pair seemed &#8220;comfortable&#8221; with one another. And shared conversation as they ate.</p>

<p>The outlet also added that Ye has recently been spotted &#8220;a lot&#8221; at that particular hotel. So there is now speculation of whether &#8220;he&#8217;s calling it home these days.&#8221;</p>

The blonde-haired mystery woman was also present then. And the two were photographed driving around Beverly Hills in the rapper&#8217;s Maybach.</p>

<p>The pair were also hand in hand as they walked up to the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills and entered the hotel.</p>

The businessman, who worked with Ye for 18 months, is &#8220;attempting to sue him over lack of payment.&#8221;</p>
<p>According to <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/kanye-west-risks-losing-lawsuits-no-lawyer-2023-1" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Business Insider,</a> the 45-year-old could lose &#8220;several&#8221; legal proceedings against him. Reportedly, Ye doesn&#8217;t have a lawyer. And he hasn&#8217;t communicated with his old ones, &#8220;who were tasked with updating judges about his progress in getting new ones.&#8221;</p>
