<p><strong>Keke Palmer</strong> and <strong>Darius Daulton</strong> Jackson have postponed their upcoming court date. As <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/keke-palmer-granted-custody-of-son-temporary-restraining-order-against-darius-daulton/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Shade Room</a> previously reported, Palmer was granted a temporary restraining order against Jackson in November.</p>
<p>At the time, Palmer alleged Jackson had been physically and emotionally abusive toward her during their relationship. Additionally, the television host requested legal and sole custody of their infant son.</p>

<p>According to <a href="https://pagesix.com/2023/12/01/celebrity-news/keke-palmer-asks-to-move-restraining-order-hearing-with-darius-jackson-wants-to-privately-resolve-issues/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Page Six</a>, the outlet obtained court documents filed in a Los Angeles court by Palmer on Thursday. The filing alleges Palmer and Jackson began custody &#8220;discussions&#8221; on Wednesday, November 29.</p>
<p>Additionally, both parties will continue their conversation on a &#8220;mutually agreeable date,&#8221; which has not yet been set. Furthermore, Palmer and Jackson have agreed that the December 5 hearing regarding Palmer&#8217;s restraining order against Jackson can be rescheduled &#8220;until they resolve their issues in mediation.&#8221;</p>
<p><a href="https://pagesix.com/2023/12/01/celebrity-news/keke-palmer-asks-to-move-restraining-order-hearing-with-darius-jackson-wants-to-privately-resolve-issues/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Page Six</a> reports that the ex-couple has yet to be given a new hearing date for the restraining order. However, the order will remain in effect until their next hearing.</p>

<h3 style="text-align: center;">A Look Back On The Actor&#8217;s Allegations Against Darius Daulton Jackson</h3>
<p>As <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/keke-palmer-granted-custody-of-son-temporary-restraining-order-against-darius-daulton/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Shade Room</a> previously reported, Palmer filed for legal and sole custody of her son with Jackson on November 9. At the time, Palmer explained that she was &#8220;concerned&#8221; for the infant&#8217;s safety.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;I am very concerned for Leo’s safety with Darius given his violent, volatile, and jealous nature, comments he has made which have caused me grave concern, and the lack of restraint Darius has already exhibited regarding his temper in front of our son,&#8221; Palmer reportedly alleged.</p></blockquote>
<p>The following day, a judge granted the actor a temporary restraining order against Jackson. The order forbade him to come within 100 yards of Palmer and their son Leo.</p>
<p>At the time, <a href="https://radaronline.com/p/keke-palmer-ex-boyfriend-darius-jackson-ordered-turn-over-weapon-restraining-order-photos-security-camera/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">RadarOnline</a> reported that Jackson was also ordered to turn in his handguns.</p>
<p>Soon after news of the filing went public, screenshots surfaced from security footage of an alleged altercation between Palmer and Jackson. In her filing, Palmer alleged that the incident occurred on November 5.</p>
<p>Jackson reportedly &#8220;trespassed&#8221; into her home and &#8220;lunged&#8221; at her, knocking her over her couch. In a separate incident, Palmer accused Jackson of &#8220;choking&#8221; and &#8220;slamming&#8221; her onto stairs.</p>

<p>Soon after, Palmer&#8217;s mother defended her daughter&#8217;s abuse claims against Jackson while even calling out his brother for allegedly displaying the same behavior.</p>

However, he has now become the focus of abuse allegations from the mother of his daughter, Dominique Perry.</p>
