<p>Kelly Rowland can now add the title author to her list of many accomplishments as the songstress prepares to release her first book, “Woah Baby: A Guide for New Moms Who Feel Overwhelmed and Freaked Out (And Wonder What the #*@&; Just Happened).”</p>
<p>According to <em><a href="http://www.rap-up.com/2016/12/02/kelly-rowland-to-publish-first-book-whoa-baby/">Rap-Up</a></em>, the book is a collaboration between Kelly and her OB-GYN Dr. Tristan Emily Bickman. The two came together to help new mothers with some tips on what to expect after giving birth.</p>
<p>Kelly said, “Dr. Bickman and I wanted to create an answer to what to expect after childbirth. No one told me what to expect physically, emotionally, or mentally. The purpose of ‘Whoa, Baby!’ is to comfort the mother and give her knowledge of what’s going on with her. We cover everything!”</p>
<p>Kelly Rowland became a mother to her baby boy Titan Witherspoon back in 2014, and according to the books press release she also became, “ little freaked out about what happened to her body,” after giving birth.</p>
<p>Therefore, she is ready to offer up some advice from her own personal experiences.</p>
<p>&#8220;Woah Baby&#8221; is expected to hit shelves on March 4<sup>th</sup>.</p>
