<p>Supermodel Stephanie Seymour does not think Kendall Jenner, her best friend Gigi Hadid, and other models of the like are deserving of the title ‘supermodel’.</p>
<p>In an interview with Vanity Fair, the 47 year old said that she supports them and thinks they’re beautiful girls, but a term that better suits them is “b*tches of the moment”.</p>
<p>Oop! Kendall, who is usually the least outspoken of the Kardashian-Jenner clan was not having it this time! She took to her app to respond to Seymour’s comments:</p>
<p>&#8220;If you&#8217;re going to tell us not to be in &#8216;your moment,&#8217; then don&#8217;t be in mine!&#8230; No one is trying to steal Stephanie Seymour&#8217;s thing, or trying to be her. I actually looked up to her. She has a daughter!”</p>
<p>She continued on to say, &#8220;Being a &#8216;supermodel&#8217; is a relative term. If people want to call Gigi and I supermodels now, it doesn&#8217;t take anything away from supermodels of the past,&#8221; she continued. &#8220;Obviously, I have so much respect for those women, but right now, we&#8217;re the models of this time. Significant? Maybe. Hardworking? For sure.&#8221;</p>
<p>This isn’t the first time Kendall has received scrutiny for being a model. She is often in the conversation of whether or not she is a model because she is actually good at it, or because of her family name and connections.</p>
