This update comes about a month before Daly and Moore&#8217;s trial date of May 22, 2023.</p>
<p>Daly reportedly has ten days to appeal the request. The lawyer notes that the upcoming court proceedings &#8220;will not be affected by the undersigned’s withdrawal.&#8221;</p>
<h3 style="text-align: center;">Kenya Moore Called The Ordeal The &#8216;World&#8217;s Longest Divorce&#8217;</h3>
<p>Speaking of Daly and Moore&#8217;s upcoming divorce trial, we should note that the longtime &#8216;The Real Housewives of Atlanta&#8217; star has been vocal about the situation in the past.</p>
<p>In fact, while appearing on &#8216;Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen&#8217; earlier this year, she proclaimed that she hoped the matter — which she called the &#8220;world&#8217;s longest divorce&#8221; — would soon be resolved.</p>
