Kevin Hart definitely knows how to hustle, and he may have another film to add to his resume.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Kevin Hart is currently in the works of landing the role as Santa Claus in the Disney Christmas comedy, ‘Dashing Through The Snow.’
Will Packer, who has worked with Hart in the past on his Ride Along films, will serve as a producer on the film. Along with John Jacobs who has worked on the film Ted. Rob Burnett will pen the films script, as it will be based on the original by Scott Rosenberg.
The films is about, “a New York City detective who is a workaholic and has a strained relationship with his son. The only thing that may be able to repair the father-son relationship is the one true Santa Claus who has to make the man believe in Christmas magic.”
There is currently no director attached to the film.
Earlier this year Hart voiced the character of Snowball in the children’s film, “Secret Life of Pets.” He is now filming the remake of the classic 1995 film “Jumanji.”
They don’t call him Hustle Hart for nothing.
