Keyshia Cole is reportedly being sued by a woman who claims the singer gave her a good beat down a few years back, and now she is looking for her to pay up.
According to TMZ, the incident stems back to 2014, when it was rumored that Keyshia Cole was dating Cash Money Records CEO Birdman.
According to a police report, Keyshia reportedly found Sabrina Mercadel at Birdman’s penthouse and allegedly beat her down real good. Now, Mercadel wants the songstress to pay her $4 million in damages.
Just some of the costs listed include $1.5 million for pain and suffering, $500,000 for emotional distress, $2 million for loss of body art, $500,000 for the loss of her earrings, among other expenses.
Mercadel reportedly included Birdman’s building in the lawsuit but has since dropped them.
TMZ reports that Mercadel claims that her relationship was simply “plutonic.”
Keyshia Cole is set to appear on the upcoming season of Love & Hip Hop Hollywood, wonder if that has anything to do with this lawsuit surfacing.
