<p><span style="line-height: normal; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">Keyshia Cole got off the hook for a 2002 DUI that could have landed her in jail for 30 days! According to TMZ, her lawyer</span><span style="line-height: normal; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);"> ;was able to get her warrant recalled and her probation terminated.</span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: normal; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">If you didn&#8217;t know, after Keyshia Cole beat up one of Birdman&#8217;s mistresses in his West L.A. home, she was arrested which subsequently surfaced her checkered past. She was placed on probation for the DUI and was supposed to attend an alcohol ed course, all of which she said she had completed.</span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: normal; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">Unfortunately, the ;</span><span style="line-height: normal; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">court records do not show proof of completion so the judge issued a bench warrant.</span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: normal; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">Kesyhia&#8217;s lawyer, Shawn Holley, argued that ;Keyshia completed the program and her former lawyer failed to inform the courts. Since the DUI, Keyshia has been able to get 2 drivers&#8217; licenses which means the program must have notified the DMV about her completion, but the program no longer has the records for her attendance.</span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: normal; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">Well now that she&#8217;s off, Birdman better make sure he hides his side chick because she may be coming for her ! But we are glad Keyshia doesn&#8217;t have to go to jail anymore!</span></p>
