<p>According to the outlet, Kardashian explained that she and Thompson currently &#8220;get along great.&#8221;</p>

<p>Kardashian continued the conversation by explaining that although she and Tristan are on &#8220;great&#8221; terms, they don&#8217;t spend time together without their children.</p>
