<p>Roommates, Kim Cakery has been dominating headlines for her relentless pursuit of a paternity test from Tristan Thompson. She went as far as allegedly faking Instagram direct messages from Khloe Kardashian. After a source close to the reality star provided receipts, Kim took to her Instagram account to walk back her claims that Khloe was hitting her up. Along with <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/kim-cakery-admits-to-creating-fake-dm-she-claimed-was-from-khloe-kardashian/">her admission</a>, Kim also said she will continue to &#8220;troll&#8221; the situation. Well, it now seems like Khloe is not willing to put up with said trolling. According to TMZ reports, Khloe&#8217;s lawyer Lynda Goldman sent Kim Cakery a cease-and-desist letter on Tuesday.</p>
<p>According to TMZ, <a href="https://www.tmz.com/2021/06/02/khloe-kardashian-threaten-lawsuit-tristan-thompson-paternity-accuser/">the letter highlights</a> Kim, whose real name is Kimberly Alexander, faking the direct messages and the testing facility.</p>
<p>&#8220;You put words in her mouth that she never said and that she wouldn&#8217;t say,&#8221; the court documents reportedly say. &#8220;You faked the whole thing. And now you have publicly admitted it.&#8221;</p>

<p>If you don&#8217;t already know, Tristan has allegedly already taken a paternity test at Kim&#8217;s request. The test result reportedly <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/kim-cakery-shares-a-message-for-khloe-kardashian-alleging-tristan-thompson-has-fathered-children-outside-of-their-relationship/">confirmed that Tristan</a> is not the father of her son. However, Kim has insisted that the site used for the test is a &#8220;Kardashian affiliated facility.&#8221; Therefore, she is requesting additional testing at a facility of her choice. Still, the cease-and-desist letter says that Kim both approved of the original facility used and accepted the results of the test.</p>
<p>&#8220;It is no such thing,&#8221; the document reads. &#8220;It is one of the most reputable labs in the country, and your own lawyers approved it and accepted the test results.&#8221;</p>
<p>Additionally, the legal document threatens a lawsuit if Kim doesn&#8217;t &#8220;stop defaming or harassing [Khloe] on social media and elsewhere.</p>
