<p><strong>Khloé Kardashian</strong> isn&#8217;t letting the social media trolls get to her! The reality TV star <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/khloe-kardashiantristan-thompson-birthday/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">recently shared</a> a mini vlog of her workout session. But some Instagram users seemed more focused on Khloé&#8217;s appearance than her exercise demonstrations and tips.</p>
<p>One comment, from user @poochkie, asked <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/mariah-carey-kim-kardashian-daughters-tiktok-upload/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Kardashian</a> if she misses her &#8220;old face.&#8221; Khloé responded, &#8220;no.&#8221; While another comment from @louisehjortt suggested Kardashian &#8220;try without filter [laughing emoticon].&#8221;</p>

<p>The video, posted on March 29, shows KoKo using <a href="https://poosh.com/khloe-kardashian-workout-routine/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">her gym equipment</a>, talking to her daughter True Thompson and taking cues from a trainer. After she completed her exercises, she explained how &#8220;accomplished&#8221; she feels after hitting the gym.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;I never regret getting a workout in. If I try to procrastinate or whatever, I just always feel so good and accomplished and like bad b***h. And I feel like the rest of my day is great. I stay more on track because I started my day the right way. I know people think I&#8217;m crazy for waking up so early and working out, but I could never work out in the evenings.</p></blockquote>
<p>She wrapped her workout video with a motivational message.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;Whoever works out at any time, I&#8217;m proud of you,&#8221; Kardashian said. &#8220;It&#8217;s hard, it&#8217;s hard to stay dedicated, and the consistency is the hard part. And I am right here with you guys, gotta be in this together, let&#8217;s motivate one another,&#8221; Khloé said.</p></blockquote>
<h3 style="text-align: center;">Khloé Also Addressed Her Face Tumor Removal Scar</h3>
<p>In the video, Khloé also addressed her face, focusing on its curvature. She explained that its appearance on one side was due to a healing scar from a tumor removal last year. The surgery left behind a bump, which Khloé had a flattening tape on&#8211;the reason for the curvature in her face.</p>
<p>Last October, Khloé revealed via Instagram that she had gotten a face tumor removed after a second concerning biopsy. She thanked her surgeons for their &#8220;incredible care.&#8221;</p>

<p>Despite her explanation, comments like those shared above crowded the comment section.</p>

<p>Still, Khloé kept the same light energy she had in the video in her comment section. With a laughing emoticon, she typed in the comments, &#8220;trying to explain these workout moves is a workout in its own right.&#8221;</p>
<p>Additionally, fans and followers also stepped in to defend <em>The Kardashians</em> star.</p>
