On Thursday, the 38-year-old reality star businesswoman appeared on <a href="https://people.com/tv/jennifer-hudson-tears-up-announcing-season-2-of-her-talk-show/" data-component="link" data-source="inlineLink" data-type="internalLink" data-ordinal="1"><em>The Jennifer Hudson Show</em></a> and gave fans some more details about the infant.</p>

<p>The show&#8217;s host, <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/jennifer-hudson-is-the-second-black-woman-to-win-an-emmy-grammy-oscar-tony-award/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Jennifer Hudson</a>, questioned Kardashian about whether she&#8217;s named her son. Kardashian replied by explaining that she has. However, she hasn&#8217;t publicly &#8220;announced&#8221; the child&#8217;s name.</p>

<p>Kardashian further explained that it took a while for her to decide on the infant&#8217;s name.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;He was delivered via surrogate, or the stork, I like to say, and at first, I did not know what I was going to name him. I wanted to meet him and feel him out a little bit, and so at first, he didn&#8217;t have a name.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>Additionally, Kardashian shared that she&#8217;s waiting for the season 3 premiere of <em>The Kardashians </em>on Hulu to formally make the big reveal.</p>

<p>Khloe Kardashian&#8217;s revelation regarding her and Thompson&#8217;s son arrives days after the reality star was spotted with her children&#8217;s father. According to <a href="https://www.tmz.com/2023/04/05/khloe-kardashian-tristan-thompson-mcdonalds-drive-thru/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">TMZ</a>, Kardashian and Thompson pulled up at a McDonald&#8217;s drive-through in Rialto, California, on Tuesday.</p>
<p>According to the outlet, the pair ordered happy meals as part of their &#8220;big order.&#8221;</p>

<p>It remains unclear whether Kardashian and Thompson have rekindled their romance. <p>Kardashian and Thompson share two children, True, 4, and their infant son.
