What in the world is going on? Kid Cudi was performing at the North Coast Music Festival in Chicago and once off stage he was approached by a fan and asked for an autograph. As soon as Kid Cudi finished signing the autograph he immediately passed out and had to be carried away by security!
Before fainting, he was drenched in sweat and most people would think he was off of that stuff that starts with “m”. However, Cudi took to twitter to explain what happened.

“Mad love to the security who were there and helped me out tonight. Really awesome dudes! Thanx for nursing me back to health ha … Ill do a better and make sure to eat properly on show days 🙂 scouts honor! … If I scared anyone tonight I am so so sorry from the bottom of my heart.”
