<p>She responded, “don’t talk to me about that in front of my kids!” when asked about Ye’s run-in with paparazzi and a fan.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;Hey Kim, what do you think of Kanye hitting someone&#8230; the paparazzi&#8217;s phone?&#8221; the person asks.</p></blockquote>
<p>To which Kardashian responds sternly,</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;Do not talk to me about that in front of my kids,&#8221; prompting the photographer to apologize.</p></blockquote>
<p>A child can also be heard yelling, &#8220;please leave!&#8221; in the background.</p>

<h3 style="text-align: center;">Kanye West Named In Battery Charge Investigation After Phone Incident</h3>
<p>According to <a href="https://www.tmz.com/2023/01/27/kanye-west-battery-investigation-grab-toss-photographer-phone/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">TMZ</a>, a few hours before the incident, Kanye West had been named as a suspect in a battery investigation after he allegedly grabbed a woman&#8217;s phone and threw it when she refused to stop filming him.</p>

<p>A law enforcement source confirms that West is the named suspect in this investigation.</p>
<p>The Ventura County Sheriff&#8217;s Department was called to the scene at around 4:30 PM and was provided with video evidence of the incident.</p>
