Its safe to say that Kim Kardashian can pretty much kiss her precious jewels goodbye, except her four million engagement ring and 20-carat emerald sparkler. The mastermind behind Kims 2016 robbery revealed to authorities that most of the jewelry has been melted and sold in Belgium.
We all made the decision to melt them,60-year old Aomar Ait KIhedache reportedly told investigators. “One of the people took care of it.”
However, when it came to melt Kims engagement ring and 20-carat emerald sparkler, no one could do it because they were afraid someone would notice recognize it.
There is a person who has it, he told authorities. Everyone was afraid to sell because its a stone thats very easily spotted.
According to People, Khedache, is one of the 10 people charged in connection to the robbery. Hes currently behind bars without bail.
