<p>It appears that <strong>Kim Zolciak</strong>, 45, and <strong>Kroy Biermann</strong>, 37, have settled on working out their marriage rather than being apart. Newly filed <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/tiger-woods-ex-girlfriend-erica-herman-sexual-harassment/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">court documents</a> reportedly outline Kim&#8217;s request to dismiss her divorce petition, per <em>TMZ.</em></p>
<p><em>TMZ </em>reports that Kroy also filed to dismiss. However, <em>PEOPLE </em><a href="https://people.com/kim-zolciak-kroy-biermann-call-off-divorce-7506248" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reports</a> that his dismissal is still in the works but incoming, per his <a href="https://www.etonline.com/kim-zolciak-and-kroy-biermann-dismiss-divorce-2-months-after-filing-207610" target="_blank" rel="noopener">lawyer&#8217;s comment</a> to <em>Entertainment Tonight.</em></p>

<p>The apparent reconciliation comes about two months after the couple separated on April 30&#8211;the date Zolciak listed in her petition. However, they both officially filed divorce petitions in May. At the time, Kim&#8217;s divorce docs claimed their marriage was &#8220;irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation.&#8221;</p>
<p>They both had reportedly requested sole physical custody of their four minor kids. Kroy also requested sole legal custody.</p>
<p>Then, days before submitting the dismissal, <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/kim-zolciak-is-not-here-for-people-who-have-a-problem-with-brielle-sitting-in-kroys-lap-photos-video/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Kim and Kroy</a> gathered their youngest children for a church outing. Footage shows the pair alongside their four biological children, Kroy Jagger (KJ), Kash Kade, Kaia Rose, and Kane Ren.</p>
<p>For context, about two years after Zolciak and Kroy married in November 2011, the former NFL linebacker adopted Kim&#8217;s daughters, Brielle and Ariana. Following news of the divorce dismissal requests, 21-year-old Ariana <a href="https://www.instagram.com/arianabiermann/?hl=en" target="_blank" rel="noopener">posted a selfie</a> on her Instagram Story, captioned, &#8220;God is so good.&#8221;</p>
<p>According to <em>PEOPLE, </em>the Superior Court of Fulton County <a href="https://people.com/kim-zolciak-daughter-ariana-says-god-is-so-good-mom-reconciles-with-kroy-biermann-7558217#:~:text=Kim%20and%20Kroy%20wed%20in,Biermann%2C%2026%2C%20in%202013." target="_blank" rel="noopener">granted Kim</a> a &#8220;dismissal without prejudice of answer and counterclaim.&#8221; However, she retained the right to refile at a later date.</p>

<h3 style="text-align: center;">Summary Of Kim Zolciak &; Kroy Biermann&#8217;s Brief Divorce Proceedings</h3>
<p>Leading up to their reconciliation, things seemed grim for the couple. Kroy and Kim&#8217;s personal business was thrown into the spotlight&#8211;from a <a href="https://www.tmz.com/2023/05/08/kim-zolciak-kroy-biermann-real-hosuewives-atlanta-unpaid-taxes-georgia-home-foreclosure/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reported IRS debt</a> totaling over $1 million to defamatory accusations against each other.</p>
<p>Both parties documented some of their claims against each other in legal documents previously obtained by <em>TMZ. </em>Zolciak alleged Kroy has a marijuana-smoking habit that concerns her for their children&#8217;s safety. She requested that her then-estranged husband submit to a five-panel hair follicle drug screen.</p>
<p>Meanwhile, the former athlete<a href="https://www.tmz.com/2023/05/22/kroy-biermann-kim-zolciak-gambling-problem-psychological-evaluation-divorce/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"> claimed his wife</a> has an online gambling and games of chance &#8220;compulsion.&#8221; He added that her alleged habit caused financial distress to their family and impacted her ability to mother their kids.</p>
<p>Kroy requested Kim be ordered to undergo a psych evaluation to uncover possible <em>&#8220;underlying mental health issues like depression, anxiety, narcissistic personality disorder, bipolar disorder or ADHD.&#8221; </em></p>
<p>Despite filing for divorce, Kim indicated they had continued sharing the same household in Georgia.</p>
<p>As of Friday evening, the couple has not addressed the dismissal on social media.</p>
