<p>Over the weekend, <a href="https://people.com/kimora-lee-simmons-says-naomi-campbell-in-such-great-spirits-after-second-baby-exclusive-7561701" target="_blank" rel="noopener">PEOPLE</a> reported that Kimora accepted the first-ever Jacqueline Avant Humanitarian Award on behalf of Naomi at the DesignCare gala.</p>
<p>While chatting with the outlet, mother-of-five Kimora Lee Simmons noted that Naomi Campbell is &#8220;overwhelmed&#8221; but &#8220;in such great spirits.&#8221;</p>

<p>Naomi Campbell first became a mother in mid-2021 and started her family using a surrogate.</p>
<p>Just before commemorating her 51st birthday, Naomi announced, <strong><em>&#8220;A beautiful little blessing has chosen me to be her mother.&#8221;</em></strong> She went on to say she was &#8220;so honoured to have this gentle soul in [her] life&#8221; before stating, &#8220;There is no greater love.&#8221;</p>

Specifically, she shared the news via <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/CuFUy_YRDJH/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&;igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Instagram</a> in late June, as The Shade Room reported.</p>
<p>Naomi Campbell revealed the exciting development by uploading a photo of her cradling her bundle of joy. While the child&#8217;s face wasn&#8217;t shown, fans could see Naomi and her daughter—also hidden from the camera—gently holding the newborn&#8217;s hand.</p>
<p>Within her caption, the model noted that her son—a &#8220;True Gift from God&#8221;—is &#8220;cherished beyond measure.&#8221;</p>
<p>Naomi happily told viewers, <strong><em>&#8220;It&#8217;s never too late to become a mother.&#8221;</em></strong></p>
