<p><strong>Kodak Black</strong> and his lawyer are opening up about the rapper&#8217;s most recent arrest and refuting one of his charges. As <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/kodak-black-pleads-not-guilty-possession-tampering-charges-florida/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Shade Room</a> previously reported, the 26-year-old was arrested in Florida on December 6. He was subsequently charged with cocaine possession, tampering with evidence, and an improper stop/stand/park.</p>

The rapper seemingly alleged that authorities falsely accused him of possessing cocaine.</p>
<p>Additionally, Black seemed to explain why he pled not guilty to the possession of cocaine charge.</p>

<p>According to <a href="https://www.tmz.com/2023/12/12/kodak-black-attorney-drug-arrest-not-cocaine-percocet/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">TMZ</a>, the outlet recently spoke exclusively with the 26-year-old&#8217;s lawyer, Bradford Cohen. Cohen has also alleged that Black was not found in possession of cocaine but instead a different substance.</p>

<p>Additionally, the lawyer seemed to imply that the drug test conducted by authorities was not conclusive.</p>

<p>As <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/report-kodak-black-on-charge-in-florida/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Shade Room</a> previously reported, the 26-year-old was arrested in Plantation, Florida, on Wednesday, December 6. The rapper was found in a parked vehicle allegedly blocking the road.</p>
<p>When the officer approached Black&#8217;s car, they observed the smell of &#8220;burnt&#8221; and a cup of alcohol. Upon running the rapper&#8217;s license, it was also determined that his credentials were expired.</p>
<p>According to <a href="https://www.xxlmag.com/kodak-black-swallowing-cocaine-arrest-police-report/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">XXL</a>, the officer also observed white powder falling from the rapper&#8217;s mouth. Then, Black was hit with multiple charges, including cocaine possession.</p>
