<p><strong>Kodak Black</strong> has pleaded not guilty after being arrested in Florida. As <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/report-kodak-black-on-charge-in-florida/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Shade Room</a> previously reported, the 26-year-old rapper was arrested in Plantation, Florida, on Wednesday, December 6.</p>

<p>As <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/report-kodak-black-on-charge-in-florida/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Shade Room</a> previously reported, Plantation authorities allegedly found the rapper in his Bentley vehicle earlier this week. The rapper&#8217;s car blocked a road at the time, and his taillights were on.</p>
<p>When the officer approached the vehicle, they reportedly observed the rapper asleep with the window halfway down. Additionally, they noticed the smell of &#8220;burnt weed&#8221; and a cup of alcohol, per <a href="https://www.xxlmag.com/kodak-black-swallowing-cocaine-arrest-police-report/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">XXL</a>.</p>
<p>While the officer reportedly ran the rapper&#8217;s driver&#8217;s license information, they observed white powder &#8220;falling from the rapper.&#8221; It was then determined that the substance was coming from Black&#8217;s mouth.</p>
<p>The rapper was arrested and booked into the Broward County Sheriff&#8217;s Office. He was charged with possession of cocaine, tampering with evidence, and an &#8220;improper stop/stand/park/.&#8221;</p>

<p>The rapper, whose real name is Bill Kapri, will have his case overseen by Judge<span id="liCRJudge"> </span><span id="liCRJudge">Michael Lynch.</span></p>
<p>Additionally, the case record states that Kodak Black&#8217;s bond amount for his possession of cocaine charge was set at $5,000 on Thursday, December 7. The bail amounts for charges of tampering with evidence and improper stop/stand/park remain undisclosed.</p>

Additionally, Kodak Black must not violate state or federal laws and attend all hearings before his trial.</p>
<p>The 26-year-old will reportedly be on &#8220;standard pretrial supervision&#8221; and must report to his designated Pretrial Services Office twice a week via telephone.</p>
<p>The rapper is also required to submit to a substance abuse evaluation ten days after his release and attend any &#8220;recommended follow-up treatment.&#8221; Black may not consume alcohol or illegal substances under his pretrial supervision and will also submit to random drug and alcohol tests.</p>
