Earlier this year Kodak Black was sent back to jail for court parole violation, and recently he appeared in court for his first hearing.
According to Vibe, the “Tunnel Vision” rapper is facing judgment on multiple violations of his parole, which he has been serving since August of 2016. He is in question about his visit to a Miami strip club, attendance at a boxing match and excessive burping during an anger management class.
When it comes to the terms of his parole, the rapper is only allowed to travel for work and performing purposes, but other actions are restricted.
When asked about his actions, the 19-year-old reportedly tried to excuse his actions by saying “he is not always aware of every detail of his professional performances.”
His attorney reportedly said his visits to the strip club and boxing match were strictly for work purposes and said the failure to notify his probation officer was due to poor communication channels.
When it comes to his disruptions during his anger management classes, Kodak Black’s attorney reportedly claimed that he has a medical condition that causes him to burp excessively.
Kodak Black’s case will continue on April 26th.
