Whew! Kris Jenner may have to start using that momager magic on herself! She’s being accused of groping and being inappropriate with an ex-security guard. The former bodyguard of Kris is filing a sexual harassment lawsuit against the Kardashian matriarch, according to the Blast. According to the legal docs, the bodyguard is alleging he is the victim of a “pattern of unwanted and unwelcome sexual advances and otherwise harassing misconduct” by the 64-year-old, including unwanted massages and causing her pelvis to rub up against his without consent.
The bodyguard, whose name was not disclosed, worked security for the Kardashian family starting in May 2017. In addition to sexual harassment, the bodyguard–who happens to be Black– is also alleging a hostile work enviorment, racial discrimination, and gender discrimination in his suit against Kris.
Kris Jenner is denying all the allegations made by the alleged victim. Kourtney Kardashian is also named as a defendant in the lawsuit, according to The Blast. He explains in the docs that he was assigned security details for both Kris and Kourtney.
The alleged victim alleges that during his tenure with Kris Jenner, she “embarked on a pattern of conduct involving non-consensual physical contact with Plaintiff of an inappropriate and sexual nature.”
According to the complaint, the alleged victim claims he was working for a “private security” company with a hub in Calabasas (where the Kardashians live), and explains that his chain of command consisted of a “joint venture” between his security company and Kris Jenner both acting as his direct supervisors while on the job.
The documents state that Kris’ alleged harassment included: “[Comments] directed at Plaintiff of an overt sexual nature, comments directed at Plaintiff’s physical appearance, comments inquiring as to Plaintiff’s sexual activities, comments suggesting that Plaintiff engage in a romantic and sexual relationship, and comments concerning the physical appearance and sexual activities of other employees.”
The former security guard also alleges Kris was responsible for “repeatedly and frequently causing her body to come into intimate physical contact” with his body.
The alleged unwanted contact included: “Massaging (his) neck, shoulders, arms and back without consent, causing her hand to rest on (his) thigh and groin, causing her pelvis to rub against (his) back and/or rear-end without consent or approval, causing her hands to come into contact with (his) rear-end without consent or approval,” and “exposing portions of her body to Plaintiff in a lewd or suggestive manner.”
The alleged victim claims he took the issue to HR and no real action was taken other than he was suspended from his work shifts with Kris, but he was still allowed to work security for Kourtney.
The alleged victim and his legal team did not name an exact figure for damages, but they believe he has experienced “severe and permanent pain and suffering and a severe shock and injury to the nervous system,” as a result of the alleged harassment.
