<p>Less than two months after reconciling, retired NFL athlete <strong>Kroy Biermann </strong>is reportedly filing to divorce <em>Real Housewives of Atlanta </em>alum <strong>Kim Zolciak</strong> as they approach 12 years of marriage.</p>

<p>According to <a href="https://www.tmz.com/2023/08/24/kroy-biermann-kim-zolciak-files-for-divorce-again/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">TMZ</a>, Kroy filed the paperwork on Thursday (Aug. 24) and noted that the union is &#8220;irretrievably broken.&#8221;</p>
<p>He&#8217;s reportedly requesting full legal custody of their four minor children. Additionally, Kroy is allegedly asking for alimony, child support, and sole use of their marital home.</p>
<p>This development comes two and a half months ahead of Kim and Kroy celebrating 12 years of marriage, as they tied the knot on Nov. 11, 2011.</p>
<p>We should add that a separate report from <a href="https://www.tmz.com/2023/08/25/kim-zolciak-kroy-biermann-divorce-fighting-weeks/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">TMZ</a> alleges that the new filing was preceded by some &#8220;nasty&#8221; spats.</p>

<p>Following the development, Kim took to social media to tease her <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/listicle/kim-zolciak-rhoa-cameo/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">cameo appearance</a> on <em>RHOA </em>alongside <em>most </em>of her fellow OGs. Specifically, she, <strong>Lisa Wu</strong>, and <strong>DeShawn Snow</strong> linked up with <strong>Shereé Whitfield</strong> for dinner, and Kim Zolciak was sure to speak on her marriage by noting, <strong><em>&#8220;We&#8217;re doing great.&#8221;</em></strong></p>
