Ku Klux Klan Plan Rally At South Carolina Statehouse

The Ku Klux Klan are planning a rally in July as a response to the controversy of removing  the Confederate flag from South Carolina statehouse grounds.

They left this message on their answering machine “We will be at the statehouse in Columbia, S.C., standing up for our Confederate history and all the southerners who fought and died against federal tyranny.”

It continued with “Our government is trying to erase white culture and our heritage right out of the pages of history books.”

The rally will take place on on July 18 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. ET

Last week the Governor of South Carolina Nikki Haley issued a statement against the rally  saying “This is our state, and they are not welcome.” She also called on legislator to vote to have the flag removed.
